Failure in life is always what we make of it we can decide to see it as the end of the road or the beginning of a new road.All successful people in life  have a story of failure  in their lives but they their reaction to  it is what made them successful people they saw failure in their life as stepping stones to the future and  they took failure in their life as  lessons which made them smarter not as roadblocks to  stop them from trying.To be a  successful leader you need to see your failures as  valuable lessons learnt the hard way.
